Rights registry for influencer marketing

Know exactly when it expires.

Paid usage rights lapse quietly. A whitelisted ad keeps spending against a term that ended in March. A client asks whether disclosure was checked on 40 posts and the answer lives in someone’s DMs. Clauzeo is the ledger that keeps all of it dated, assigned and provable.

Paid usage lapsed — asset still live

The problem

Two risks, both dated

Usage rights that outlive the license

A six-month organic license and a ninety-day whitelisting window rarely end on the same day. When either one passes and the asset stays up, the agency — not the brand — is usually the one holding the exposure. Clauzeo stores both dates separately and counts them down separately.

Disclosure checks nobody wrote down

Checking that a post carried a proper disclosure is easy. Proving you checked it, eight months later, is not. Every check in Clauzeo records the post URL, the outcome, the person who verified it and the time they did.

Process

How it works

01

Log the deal once

Creator, handle, platform, deal type, usage window, whitelisting window, renewal fee, contract file. Everything the contract actually says, in fields you can filter on later.

02

Watch the seal drain

Each deal carries a seal that empties as its term runs down. Email alerts fire at 30, 14 and 7 days out — to the people you assign per client, not a shared inbox nobody reads.

03

Produce the record

Pick a client and a date range, get a report listing every deal's status and every disclosure check with the reviewer's name and timestamp. PDF or CSV.

Signature element

The seal

Every deal carries one. The ring is the portion of the licensed term still remaining; it empties clockwise as the end date approaches, like a shadow crossing a dial. The core reads solid while the deal is in good standing, dims once it enters the alert window, and turns warm the day the rights lapse. One glance across two hundred deals tells you which ones need attention.
